The FC women's soccer team hit the road on Tuesday breaking a three-game losing streak with a 2-1 win over Norco College.
The Hornets scored their two goals in the first half and hung on for their second conference win.
Fullerton's first goal was scored by Emily Valdez in the 19th minute. Marriah Gishwiller chipped in with the assist. In the 26th minute, Tatsiana Loscutoff knocked one into the back of the net after being fed on another assist by Gishwiller.
Norco fired back on an unassisted shot by Amanda McCaulley, but the Hornet defense held strong for the duration of the game preserving the win.
FC goalie Marla Debarros had 2 saves in 90 minutes.
